What areas do you cover?

Prettiest Parties is based in Essex and we cover Mid and South Essex, Havering and some surrounding areas. If your party or event is in North Essex, Kent or further afield, please get in touch or make a booking enquiry as we review party locations on a party to party basis.

How do I book a party?

To book a party package, simply use the enquiry form on our website, or email hello@prettiestparties.co.uk and we'll be in touch as soon as we can! Once all details have been confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required via bank transfer to hold the date. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than one week after the party or event date.

Are you insured?

Yes! We have a public liability insurance.

Do your performers have a DBS Check?

Yes! Everyone who works at Prettiest Parties, both behind the scenes and the performers, has a recent DBS check.

What if I need to postpone or cancel my party?

Deposits are non-refundable, however, we will do our best to reschedule your party within a 12 month period.

How many children can I have at the party?

There is a maximum of 25 children for the Ruby, Saphire and Diamond party packages.

Do I need to supply anything?

The character will bring everything they need including music, music system, a microphone, arts and crafts activities, prizes, games, deluxe tiara and a gift for the birthday child. All you need to provide is the party venue, any food you'd like and the all important birthday cake.

Do you only offer birthday parties?

Nope! As well as birthday parties, our characters can do Christmas Visits, Hospital Visits, Christenings, Home Visits, Events and more! For more information, please get in touch.

Can boys attend the party?

Of course they can! Our party games, arts and craft activities and glitter tattoos are suitable for both boys and girls!
